Cancellation Policy
I understand that once I sign up, there are no refunds for the initial consultations or booking fees. Any missed appointments will incur a $25 missed appointment fee. Any late appointment will incur a $10 late fee. I also understand that I am agreeing to coaching services, not therapy from Dr. Shavona Whitehead, a Professional Life Coach. I understand that once I book an appointment or session, there are no refunds for the initial session fee. However, if you would like to cancel your monthly coaching subscription, you must send an email to info@shavonawhitehead.com within 14 days of the upcoming billing date.
